Hi Keith, a big thank you for sharing your cranberry sauce recipe. We will certainly use your recipe for this christmas dinner here in Malaysia.

Oh keith, stop your bottom feeding BS. Buy bottled and save time. Any cooking based on a solid-bottomed pan can suffice. There was no "cranberry" juice, there was some OJ and some red wine added to the recipe. Here's the facts people; mix cranberries, orange juice and some form of alcohol be it red wine, white or otherwise and you have arrived. Reduce and watch until it's cresting (and by that I mean thick bubbles) AND SERVE!

Sing you are so right! Further, think of the canned cranberry sauce- rather canned chemical sewage sauce. . .

Thank you Keith. I followed your recipe and will never buy can cranberries again. I added extra items to your great recipe. One fresh lemon, chopped green apple. cinnamon stick, a can of dole chunky pineapple and it's natural juice, and a cup of apple cider from the local farmer. I made it one day early for thanksgiving. Outstanding!!!! Thanks Keith great video.

Store in air tight container; it'll be great. My mom has done this for years, no special storage procedures needed.
