TrullK: It's a basic example of how binary works. Computers only use two types of voltages for bits, a low voltage for a 0 and a high voltage for a 1. The reason they don't use multiple voltages (such as 10) is because it's far too difficult to keep a voltage at a constant level, and that would create far too many errors to deal with.
