That must have leaks- judging by how fast he has to pump those pedals! My reed organ takes very little pumping to provide the full air. I'd say the bellows cloth is leaking and/or the internal valves are, and/or there are som cracks of leaks in the reed pan.

well this is called a harmonium or american organ and was invented by the french in 1632 or so and it has five octaves and foot bellows with multiple stops like that of the organ pipe and its small instrumentation is the single read harmonium called the indian harmonium, so americans and europeans did it much earlier than what you think!!!!!!!!!!!!
